Newly remodeled house on

located in Roscoe, IL which has a lower tax rate than the
Rockton area. Taxes in 2009 were $3,079.
This house is located in the Three Hammer Wingate Subdivision
near Rockton & Dorr Roads. I-39/90 is only 2.4 miles from our
driveway and the new Wal-Mart Super Store is less than a mile
away. The Roscoe/Rockton School system is one of the best in the
state. A fire hydrant is located on the backyard lot line and
qualifies for a fire insurance reduced rate. This is a quiet and
stable neighborhood with outstanding neighbors on all sides. If
you have children, this is where you want to be. Ours have all
graduated from this school system and have gone on to do very
well in college.
