HOW DO YOU GET STARTED?  Easy!...

1. Call us for an appointment FIRST (815-229-7257):
    

   • The basic package starts at $99.95 which includes outside pictures and full description (Fill it out on-line!)

   • Each additional room is only $10! SEE OUR PRICING
      

2. Fill out the "House Information Form"  Do the following PRIOR to your appointment:
    

   • Fill out the on-line "HOUSE INFORMATION FORM" (This Describes Your Home) or....

   • If you already have a written description we can use that
      

3. At your appointment:
    

   • Have your printed information ready (even though you've filled it out on-line too)

   • Decide which rooms you'd like to feature - Our recommendation, do all the open areas, living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, family rooms, finished basements, etc.  That's what most people are interested in seeing.  The outside is included in the package

   • We'll take the description and payment (check, cash, credit card, PayPal) at that time

   • We'll have a companion sign to go with your FOR SALE BY OWNER sign.  Our sign has the web site address and your house number on it so people can "tour" your house on the Internet 24-hours-a-day!
